The Physical FitnessTeam

The Physical Fitness Team is designed to explore the areas of strength and endurance by developing selected muscle groups and increasing cardiovascular capacity. The team participates and competes with other units during drill meets and special physical fitness competitions. Cadets train to both increase their individual strength capabilities and develop key teamwork concepts. This team is open to all cadets.
